Guest guest
Herbal Healing Balm Recipe Summary: This balm sinks in quickly, about 5 minutes, and has a wonderful scent from the infused herbs. Lightly applied, it is a great all-over balm. It can be applied more heavily to heal and sooth dry skin. Ingredients: 4 parts beeswax4 parts olive oil infused w/ equal parts of calendula, comfrey root, chamomile, and nettle1 part liquid jojoba1 part avocado oil6 parts sweet almond oil Instructions: I usually measure by fractions of a cup, but you can make a "part" whatever you desire. Melt wax in double boiler. (or small crock pot) Turn off heat. Add remaining ingredents, stiring to prevent wax from becoming solid. Pour into wide mouthed jar or tin. Allow to set until solid. (Consistency can be checked before pouring by dipping a spoon into the mix, and more wax or oils can be added to adjust firmness.) Suzi What is a weed?
