On Tuesday, December 5, the Mental Health Parity bill passed the Senate. Thank you Senators Gardner and Fedor and Senator Spada for sponsoring this bill.

Medicaid Buy In was heard in Senate and House Committees. It will not likely pass in this session but may be in the upcoming session within the Budget Bill. Contact your Ohio Senators and Representatives about how important this bill is to people with Disabilities.
