I'll bring information on the gfcf diet and the SCD diet as well if you need that info.

Also for newbies to the Mustard Seed, I can show you where to find gfcf foods.

We can sit at the cafe afterwards to relax and have a snack if you like.

Bring your gallon jugs to fill with the best water. Only .19 Cents a gallon.
