Some Interesting Reading

Hi, everyone!

I thought I'd take a little break from my ongoing school trauma (oh, yes...it's still going on, and on, and on...) and tell you all about some interesting articles in the latest issue of Living Without Magazine. It's for people with food allergies and sensitivities. I know it's available at Mustard Seed, and you can get it from www.livingwithout.com. There are two articles of particular interest in this issue: "The Autism Puzzle," which talks about Dr. Wakefield and the disease Autistic Enterocolitis; and "All in Your Head," about a condition called Gluten Ataxia -- when your IGg and IGa tests come out suggesting Celiac, but your endoscopy comes out negative. It's absolutely STUNNING to read about this particular ailment..."In children and young adults, Gluten Ataxia can also cause developmental delay, diminished muscle tone, learning disorders and ADHD."

It's really interesting, and even if you're not a subscriber, it's worth it, I think, to just pick up this issue.

Off to do more battle....
