Guest guest
For those that are new or may have missed it following is the information for the Holiday Potluck Dinner,it is also listed on the group's calendar. This is open to all members of the group or anyone else they wish to share the invitation with. Please remember to email me names and ages of the children that will be in attendance as well as if they are boys or girls so I can pass that on to Santa who would like to have a small gift for each child. So far, only 1 person has emailed me this information. There is no cost for this event, just bring a dish to share! You are all invited to attend a Holiday Potluck Dinner Sunday December 10th at 4pm To be held in the hall at Brook Park United Methodist Church, 6220 Rd. Brook Park, OH 44142 .... For directions, just follow the link or if you need personal directions, just email me offlist and I would be more than happy to help you! http://www.mapquest.com/maps/map.adp? country=US & address=6220++Rd+ & city=Brook+Park & state=OH & zipcode=441 42 This is a potluck dinner, so please bring a dish to share with everyone. There is a poll so you can see what others are bringing and mark what you are bringing so we don't have 10 green bean casseroles. The poll is just an idea of what to bring, please feel free to click on other and bring any type of dish you would like to share! We would like to have regular and Special Dietary Needs foods (GFCF or other). This is open to all members of this group as well as anyone else that you wish to extend the invitation to, as long as everyone brings a dish there is no worries of running out of food. I know personally that I will be inviting my parents and inlaws to join us. There will be holiday music played by our church organist who has worked with special needs individuals for many years. We also would like to have crafts or activities for the kids (anyone with any ideas or willing to help with this, please let me know!!!). If you are attending, please email me the names, ages, and if boy/girls of any children you are bringing as Santa will be making a visit and we would like to have something small for him to give each child. We hope that you will be able to join us! If you have any questions, concerns, or ideas please contact me on list, off list by email or IM or by phone (number is listed in the database). Thanks!
