Guest guest
This actually would be pretty good, if it were not written in first person. I would much rather it be a letter from the parent. If I received this as it is written my first thought would be ... if a kid can write this letter ... what is the problem? IMO it's really a passive-aggressive way to go about things. Saying that, I really do like the idea of sending a note to family that may not be aware of the challenges that my daughter faces. I think I'll use the letter as a guide, but I will definitely write it in my own voice, not put words in my daughters mouth.
