Yes, the Eagle's Nest, which has been in Boardman, Canfield, Austintown for some time was a huge hit here also. They get the best people to work there and ours would ask to go frequently. Even when you don't need groceries, they have a cafe you can go to and sit and drink a great cup of coffee, read a book or just enjoy the quiet.

So surprised they just got to Cleveland!

Subject: [ ] Eagles Nest!!! I LOVE IT!!! I thought I'd tell you about it.

This is an idea for parents to get out who can't find a sitter. Also, if Mom just needs a break!

Has anyone tried the Eagles Nest at the new Giant Eagle at the new Valley City Mall in Garfield Heights? I took my son Davey there and he loved it. There are 3 big screen computers with fun games to play, toys a big kitchen set and a table for coloring and such. Ages 3 up to 9 years. The Eagles Nest is a free service provided by Giant Eagle. (Thanks Giant Eagle!) For parents; there is also a cafe where parents can have dinner while the kids are in the Eagles nest. (or Mom can treat herself to lunch!) The lunches and dinners are like home cooked meals and are affordable. I met a gal who was attending the Eagles Nest and she is an undergraduate and wants to work with children with autism in the future. She has some experience and is so very helpful. Anyone want to share more great places to take your children..please write in. Hope this is helpful to you. n

They got one at the N. Royalton and State Rd. Giant Eagle as well. loved it, we tried it on a busy Sat. afternoon. Problem is during the week they don't open until 10:00am. And I start early. Luckily, had a breakthrough today. He pushed the cart and best of all he actually bagged groceries by himself!!! is only 4, but he said to the chekcer, "I do it myself!" I was so proud!
