Hi, My son is almost seven going into first grade. He has been going to speech and OT therapy since he was 3. This past year, he doesn't want to go to therapy anymore. I continue to take him and he has fits while we are there and then is fine when we leave. I'm curious to hear if anybody has had the same problem? We have been trying to change things and let him pick what he wants to do. I recently changed the speech thereapist hoping that would help. After the first session, he started the fits again. At speech yesterday, we took his Mancala game and we played that and he had a good session, from a behaviour point. There was not much work on the speech end, but we were trying let him see that it is a fun place to go. Any advice is appreciated. Debbie
