How many of you are sick of feeling inadequate because not only are you not capable of making your own "Mediteranian Summer Salad" , but you have no idea what the hell a pine nut is or how to toast them! I miss Erma Bombeck and today, I will attempt to channel her humor. As the temperatures rise today into the nineties here are a few tips on how to keep yourself and the kiddies cool and comfortable! 1) Drink plenty of fluids. Have fun making homemade popsicles out of nutritious organic fruit juices. For mommy, add a splash of vodka for a festive vodka-pop! 2) Limit outdoor activities. Dig out those old board games or deck of cards. Can anyone say GIN! For mommy, limit your cigarettes to one pack a day. Who do you think you're fooling anyhow, the kids know what you're doing out in the garage every twenty minutes! 3) Eat light meals. Hey kids, for lunch we're having ketchup and popsicles! Everybody's happy!! 4) Find fun water activities. Give the kids a bucket and a sponge and let them wash the car! How much more fun is THAT! "Jimmy don't spray your brother in the face! Don't spray the dog! Oh, no you got soap in your eyes! No! Put UP the car windows! Get down from the hood! The dog has run away! Stop spraying your brother in the face! Put the hose away, let's go to the carwash, but mommy needs to go to the garage for a minute and eat her vodka-pop!" Keep cool,

A study group sounds nice, but I don't have the time really. Besides, isn't there an EOH group? I thought Mr. Kirby answered questions on that list, check it out. There are for everything. BTW, in his book he mentions the rally in D.C. to protest the Lilly rider in the HSB....I was there! We went with , it was like the coldest day of the century, but was really awesome. I remember the "buzz" going around the crowd when the incident happened at Frist's office. I had heard that someone had video of it, Gosh I wish someone would drag that out for the evening news if Frist ever runs for President!!! ----- Original Message ----- From: autismjtm Sent: 7/31/2006 9:36:38 AM Subject: [ ] evidence of harm book I was just wondering how many of you have the book "evidence of harm"? I am thinking about putting together a study group to read the book. I am in contact with Kirby and he has been really good about answering questions.Anyone interested?Jane
