I decided to take him with me to the ballfield (my NT son plays baseball). I had a turn to volunteer at the concession stand. I figured hubby and I could take turns watching our son's game, and watching on the playground. When it was my time to work the concession stand, wanted to come with me. I was dreading it, thinking he would want to eat every peice of candy in sight. He was so awesome! He wanted to pretend that he was working the stand. It wasn't busy, so I let him. We made a game of it. I stood outside and asked for various things naming what I wanted, what color, and how many. It was so COOL! He asked me what I wanted, responded to my requests, said "Thank you". When I told him that I changed my mind and wanted something else he said "Ok, no problem!" I am so thankful for days like these. It feels like he "there" "connected" with me! I LOVE him so much and I don't worry so much and question myself as much when I see how far he has come! Happy-happy-joy-joy! Wow! That really is a great night for you both! Yeah! Roxanna ô¿ôDon't take life too seriously; No one gets out alive.
