How about a group family picnic? - Details for get together, reply if ok!

Hi Everyone,

The pavilion that I was hoping to use has been reserved by a graduation party. (it costs $75.00 to reserve the pavilion.) Anyway, I think that the fenced in playground area will still be ok to use. It's next to the pavilion but far enough that I think it won't cause a problem. What we can do is just make it a playground date get together instead of a picnic. There is some sorted picnic tables around that a family can have their own picnic if they wish. It's just that those tables arent very close together.

Or there's another pavilion at the same park but it's far from the nice playground that we could use if there isn't any parties over there, if it isn't reserved. (Maybe in the future we could do a fund raiser to have money for reserving a pavilion?)

Anyway, do you want to meet at 2:30pm instead of 2:00pm. That way we have a better chance of having everyone meet?

What to bring: Snacks for your family or a picnic if your family wants to picnic.

Also, if you have a sun unbrella, or a large sun hat, that would be helpful, there isn't much shade yet around the play area (although the playclimbers are shaded for the children). don't forget the sun block for the kids )

Alternate meet place: Mc's playland (if rain or very hot day.)
