I was just emailing to your last post! lol. They have been great for the mom I work for. Someone else complained that they felt there was not enough direction for parents and I shrugged. Some parents just dont need constant handholding while others really do need that. So it's really up to the personality of the parents (usually the mom) and their needs. Now if you have a support system like a group of parents, you would have a lot of feedback for people. And that might be a good "handholding" for most parents.
