Dynamic Kids Youth Golf League

Location:Rollandia Golf Center / Magic Castle4990 Wilmington Pike434 – 4911

Ages:8 – 16 years

Cost:

$20.00 Sign Up Fee then $ 6 per week greens fee. This is an approximate fee based on last years fee. Rollandia probably will not change it.

Golf CampOptional & offered through the Kettering Recreation Center)

Beginner $79.00Kids will be taught all the basics of golf and the rules.

Intermediate $99.00Picks up where beginner left off with more advanced techniques.

Club RentalClub rental is available at a minimal cost. There are also used clubs for sale at times.

The kids will play a nine-hole league each week. We do keep score as a matter of teaching but we do not consider this a competition since Golf is an individual sport. Golf carts are not permitted for players unless they have a severe physical handicap.We need a minimum of eight participants to have our own separate league. If we have less than eight participants, we will be incorporated into another league. Each participant will receive a certificate of participation at the end of the season. If parents would like trophies, I can figure an additional cost into the sign up fee to cover for trophies’ which would be something small and inexpensive. I apologize that this is not for everyone, but we have had request for something like this and unfortunately it cannot be done without some cost.There is a requirement of parent participation for the Dynamic Kids Golf League. A minimum of at least one parent must be present with the child each week. In addition to any liability waivers or emergency medical forms that may be required to participate in any Rollandia or Kettering Recreation Center programs, each participant and parent will need to sign a DARN liability waiver. It would be wise for you to complete and photocopy an emergency medical form such as the one provided through the Kettering Recreation Center. Each of you should carry them on you just in case either you and/or your child are injured while participating in the Dynamic Kids Golf League. I will personally be at the league each week to observe, aide and have fun as well. If you have any questions, I will be happy to try and answer them for you. If your young person is interested, please RSVP as soon as possible so that I may finalize the details and exact costs.
