Hi Marcus,

My husband had the same problem with his drops after surgery. When we told his doctor he said that it was ok, the drops were doing the job. Hang in there. You won't be on drops forever.

Hi marcus

Even if it feels like yuk it is sure good news=). This means that

your eustachian tube is working (or at least wroking somewhat). Your

eardrops have traveled through your eustachian tube to your throut

where you can taste them. Now there are two major faults on the

eustachian tube.

One: The tube is " the tube to open or open all the time "

Two: Which is the most common one the tube is to closed or entiraly

obstructed.

In your case we we will hope for something in between. Because

that's how a functioning eustachian tube works. Open when it should

(ocasionally) and closed when it should(mostly all the time)

I have never ever feelt my drops in my throut and my doctors have

always asked me for it.
