I was just wondering if MrsBishwits (not sure I spelled that

correctly) ever published her BFL cookbook? She always had such

great recipes and I haven't seen her posting.

Hi !

I am still around~ since it's summer my older kids are home from school and

the twins are at the terrible 2 stage and into everything and then some, :0)

LOL but I do try to read the posts here daily when I get a chance and will

respond when I feel like I have something to contribute.

Yes I did publish the cookbook..it's $10.00 plus shipping the info for it is

on my web site http://www.mrsbishwitskitchen.com and there is lots of

other recipes [the old ones from my briefcase] and some new ones that I have

come up with as well as ones that others have come up with at the site as

well go over there and take a peak when you get a chance. I also have been

keeping a journal of my fitness journey as well if you are interested in

seeing what I have been up to since you have been here last.

Towards the end of summer a lot of old faces will be comming back to start

up the challenges again it will be nice to hear how everyone is doing and

such :0).

Talk to ya soon~

My cookbook " Cooking For A Healthier Lifestyle " has been out for

little over a month now. And I also have a web site called

Mrs.Bishwit's Kitchen where you can get lots of recipes [just like

those that are in my briefcase] and some that others have posted

their as well. It also has lots of other information regaurding BFL,

LL, and even some info on Body Rx...stuff that I have gathered along

the way that I thought was in need of perserving. To check out the

web site as well as get info on how to order the cookbook go to

http://www.mrsbishwitskitchen.com

I believe Fife has a coconut flour cookbook.

O.K., y'all! With all this talk about cooking, I am getting hungry!

Is there a VCO Cook/Bake Book?

Or a good " cooking with coconut " book?

I made a smoothie with a slice of lime yesterday with the peel on andit had a wonderful hint of lime. Today I went bold and made one with half a lime with the peel on and it is real bitter. Toleratable, but wow!!! Makin' me pucker up a little this morning!Sent from my Samsung Epicâ„¢ 4G Dee <terissa_roberts1@...> wrote:

I am visiting my mom in PA but I live in Florida. We went shopping yesterday to one of our kitchen outlet stores and I found a cookbook for the Vita-Mix called "Create". Is anyone familiar with this cookbook and is it very different from the one I got with my machine (the Super 5000)? I did buy it, but I'm not home in Florida to compare it to what I already have. It also came with a DVD titled "let's get started". Second question: I made the lime curd recipe that was posted a couple of days ago. Instead of juicing the lime, I threw in 3 limes. I guess I should have taken the pith off, because although the curd has a delicious taste, it is very bitter. Is there anything I can add to salvage this or should I just toss it? I was thinking maybe adding more sugar or something like stevia. Thanks!Dee

Thanks for the heads up! So I only used a slice of lime. Today's smoothie:

pineapple, mango, strawberries, slice of lime, spinach, chia seeds, and ice.

Delish.
