Guest guest
On October 19, I had both knees replaced--partials. Am now at 112 on one, and 95 on the worst knee--able to be completely independent, up and down stairs, and the only problems at this point are some leg swelling, minor pain, and difficulty sleeping--none of which are bothering me much. My appetite is coming back, and I essentially feel well. I'm very thankful that the doc agreed to do both knees, as initially he wasn't particularly in favor of this--but my health in general is good, even though I am nearly 75. I would do both again in a heartbeat--did as well as some of my " hospital mates " who had only one knee done. Would be delighted to answer any questions, if someone has any for me.
