I've been worried about our little family here. I hope that now that the threat of that virus is gone, Dr. R will put us back to not being moderated so we can be more spontaneous. But, do you think that maybe it is a good sign? We're getting lives now, some of us, like myself, for the very first time!! I don't find the time to be married to my computer like I was when I was doing my research and trying like heck to get approved by Dr R. I have started a Michigan support group. We met March 2nd for the first time. Thank you to and for traveling so far in that nasty winter storm. I really enjoyed meeting you both. Just wishing everyone is having a wonderful day. C-toma doesn't show up very well in any kind of test. And even if it does, it is usually larger than suspected. When I had surgery on my ear with C-toma, my doctor also put a tube in the other ear (the eardrum was retracted and too thin) and looked around in there to make sure there was no C-toma there as well. The docs do all kinds of tests. I had several kinds of hearing tests to see where the breakdown was in my hearing. The special x-ray may be a CAT scan. No big deal. However, we are having some renovations done to our house so have limited computer time. Sheetrock particles play havoc on computers if they are running. Myself, the renovations are not going over too well. Six years ago I would be doing the reno, now I have to sit and watch someone else do it. Definately not a self esteem booster. It's really frustrating to have to ask others to do stuff for you when you'd rather do it yourself, and then to also know you do the best job anyway.
