Guest guest
Hi Arnold, I think I am type B. Right now I'm not able to afford a test to find out, but I want to find out the blood type for myself & my two children. I have always felt best when I eat lots of organic fresh vegies preferably out of my own garden, beans & or meat, very little grains. Once, several years ago, I got into making really good bread, sprouted & whole grain wheat & rye. I made a lot of it & sold it to friends & also ate a lot of it myself. I gained mucho weight & also got very congested. It has been difficult to leave off grains, as I love them so much, but I have to say that I feel so much better (and have lost a lot of fat on my middle) when I leave off the bread. I eat brown rice & quinoa & millet sometimes & this seems to be fine. Anyway, the Type B diet does well for me, so that's mostly what I stick to. Although many don't believe in the blood type diet idea, I have found it works and several of my friends have had good success with it also. One neighbor who was a long-time vegetarian & a type B had been feeling tired & lethargic, began to eat meat again and gained her energy back again. A type A I know said she had never liked eating meat her whole life, but did it anyway because her mother had made her and then later because she thought she needed it. After reading the book, she left it out and has felt much better & younger & seems more directed in her life! I think as we get older it becomes more & more necessary to find our own balance to keep healthy. Arnold, I want to thank you for your many informative & sensible, helpful postings on this list. I have appreciated them very much. My best to you, > ________________________________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com
Guest guest
Hi , Thanks for your reply and gracious comments. If you donate a pint of blood the blood bank will test you free. But I don't know if they accept someone who has cancer. Keep up the healthy eating and Good luck you're on the right track. Arnold Re: blood type > Hi Arnold, I think I am type B.
