, oil pulling should kill enveloped viruses that the oil contacts, and

then you could discharge the debris. But the viruses inside infected cells

are petty much outside the reach of oil pulling.

I think 4Life's Transfer Factor plus undenatured whey and selenium are

better bets; TF alone was used by a local acquaintance who had no

herpes flares at all for four months when he should have had at least

four.

There is no substitute for increasing your immune response; I think only

your immune response has the capability of getting rid of every virus.

What is undenatured whey? I drink about 1/2 cup of beet kvass (a

lacto-fermented drink), which is whey, beets and sea salt. I'm

eating 2 tablespoons of Organic Extra virgin Coconut oil by Garden of

Life and I just started taking Olive leaf capsules and 1000 mg of

Vitamin C with bioflavonoids (not just ascorbic acid). I eat a

Weston A. Price diet.

In Doctor Fife's book Coconut Cures, he mentions several viruses that VCO

kills. If you don't have his book, just write and ask him at

bruce@...

He's very kind and will answer right away.

What kind of coconut oil are you using for you genitals, VCO or RBD coconut

oil? I would suggest centrifuged VCO for such a sensitive use.

Does Oil Pulling with coconut oil expel viruses too? In addition to

taking 1 table spoon of coconut oil my mouth and swishing it around for

15-20 miniutes I also put coconut oil in the genital area and it seams

to make my outbreaks worse. I apply the oil to the gentals twice a

day. I oil pull once in the morning before breakfast.

, undenatured mans the whey has not ben cooked long enough to

destroy its main health property of donating glutathione precursors.

Details on this page:

http://members.shaw.ca/duncancrow/cold-processed-whey.html

There are traces of glutathione precusors in other raw foods but they

are concentrated in undenatured whey.

UNfortunately, the enveloped viruses have to be hit directly to kill them,

and VCO does not penetrate cells in which they are multiplying.

Thank you Duncan. I started drinking 2-3 cups of Beet Kvass per day which has

beets, celtic sea salt and undenatured whey. Increasing the amount of Beet

Kvass reduced the outbreaks a lot. I'd like to try Bovine Colostrum supplements

too in addition to the Beet Kvass.
