On sunday, TLC is rerunning the Foos family documentary. I also saw a

listing at 9 pm (EST) for a show called 'Smallest People in the World.

There was no extra info on that show.

I watched that show the one about Smallest People in the World. wow it really

touched me. Cause here some of us biger dwarfs take things pretty hard in life

but when there are others that cant really do things at all that we can do. I

grew up hating my height (4'1) but now after watching that show its like we

there a lot of people even smaller then me. My heart goes out to all of them and

wish them the best in the future.

hannah was her name, im so glad she met the oldest woman though(43 yr old), she

seemed very happy while visiting with her, which is super..she is still young

and still not sure of whats going on im sure..im glad she got a bf, he is a

cutie!wanting to be a basketball coach is just sweet..his sister is a cutie

too...i liked danny, wayyy too much energy though, lol

They all seem to be taking things pretty well. But i think the 10 year old girl

(forgot her name) was having a harder time. But it's awesome to have such a

support group like this!!

I will say no but .... will qualify that if you are trying to clear the liver it is best to avoid if not greatly lesson the intake of refined foods and sugars.
