It was a virus, and it's almost 100 percent likely that it did NOT come

fromyou, even though it had your e-mail address on it. And list members: not

to worry. We've got things set to strip out attachments (including viruses)

before they even make it to the list.

Someone told me that its best to change your password from time to time because

Patti,

Most likely this was a " spoof " from another computer infected with a virus. It

has nothing to do with you, it just borrowed your email address.
