Guest guest
I used a Palm Pilot (m130) with a modem (bought separately $99). I also bought a pocket keyboard. I didn’t get it for this occasion but for the few times I’m away from home. It was too cumbersome to come home to 2000 emails. I use Snapper Mail and I can also view some web sites with Blazer (a Palm web browser). The newer Palms have the ability to use your cell phone service to access the Internet. To me it was better than a laptop and about $1000 cheaper. Vera
Guest guest
I'm nowhere up to that level of technology! And I think I'll enough else to deal with in hospital.... this would not be the best time for me to start learning Palm Pilot etc.... I plan to simply go no-mail on my lists, and catch up when I get home. Margaret (definitely low-tech) ----- Original Message ----- I used a Palm Pilot (m130) with a modem (bought separately $99). Guest guest
Vera A Palm Pilot sounds like a good way to go. My laptop felt twice as heavy after my operation.
