Just FYI to listmates, this summer, Soma is doing instructional " camps " for students at her Burbank clinic. HALO is giving out-of-town students first opportunity to register, but open registration begins in April. The summer camp flier can be downloaded from the website - look under consults and events. To Austin-area parents: I will be scheduling a meeting in the next few weeks for parents and professionals who are interested in RPM. I will share footage and information from Soma's recent work (we were just with her in LA last week), as well discussing efforts to get local professionals trained. Please contact me or Jody if you would like to be added to our local HALO email list. I take one a night and it has helped with headaches and general muscle pain and sleep. I have both hips and shoulders replaced. Most days I forget I have them and overdo. Then exercise and WAM........muscle pain. But it is a million times better than bone pain. Sue > To everyone with muscle pain before or after exercising: there is a med called Soma--a very old med--that is just made for muscle pain. I haven't been able to get ahold of my doc to get some, but I hear its very effective.
