Guest guest
Liney I'm just on my way out to do some swimming therapy, but I do suggest that you do all the exercise you can before you go in for the operation. It will be aasier afterwards the better condition you are when you enter. Gotta run, I mean swim!! Ciao staninfr > Hi Friends! > > Guess what! Guest guest
The most important thing is to keep up your wonderful positive attitude! Get yourself on a good mulit-vitamin, and get your immun system fortified. Keep up some basic exercise, whatever your body will allow you to do. If you can, go to your local Physical Therapist....or Physiotherapist...and get the hip precautions, and hip protocol exercises, so you will have all that down prior to surgery. You are way ahead of the game, having done all the research you have already done. Marilyn bee Buxton wrote: >Hi Friends! > >Guess what! Guest guest
I have been trying to unsubscribe for several days. I find that I do not have the time to lurk in the background now that I am "well" and working. I have sent the unsubscribe email and responded twice and I am still here and receiving 30+ emails per day. What to do now? Thanks. Re: Guess what................ Guest guest
Go to groups, to the total joint group, and click on unsubscribe....the moderator can not do it for you. Joint Replacement-unsubscribe Or just click to go non mail, and you will be able to access the emails through the website, but won't get all the emails. ....have it available to you when you have time, and energy to read some.
