Btw, I did some Major clearing in my back yard, toward the ultimate end of one day having a garden in the area near my house. A garden in which hopefully i will have some lettuce and spinach greens growing --

and some garlic, as you and a few others have admonished how EASY it is to grow garlic. :-)

1 cup each:

Buckwheat sprouts

Sunflower sprouts

2 cups of spinach, washed and torn in bite size pieces

one-half small red onion, thinly sliced

1 cup of sliced fresh mushrooms

one-half cup of croutons

Toss together and serve with lemon juice.
