Dear ,

Sorry I really thought that I had answered you. This is a topic on

my educators site as well. This has been discussed for about 1 yr

now.

I certainly could use this information if you ever get it. Please

contact me privately if you do.

Thank you so much,

Jeanetta

PS I am in contact with your instructor who is also seeking this

info.

Jeanetta,

We just got a demo of a windows based program by Computer RX.

Their website is www.computer-rx.com. The program is WinRX and so far

after only spending a little time on it last night, seems to be an

excellent program. Jule Barta has some contact information, if you get

in touch with her I am sure she can point you in the right direction

so that you can receive a demo also to see if it fits what you may

need. Thank you all for your responses and to answer your question to

the previous post, PPC is also old and DOS based and I don't

believe you can do IV's on it. Thank you all again and I will keep you

posted on how the program works out.

I can answer that question, I don't believe at this time the system

can print out IV labels, but I have talked to people at Computer-Rx,

and they have taken my suggestion into consideration. They're based

out of Oklahoma City, and do a wonderful job, so I'm sure we will be

able to do IV labels soon!

We're upgrading to the system, and I can't wait to get it installed

and have my students start using it. I highly recommend it to any

pharmacy as well, very intuitive and stable (few worries about the

system crashing!)

Dear a,

I thank you for this info. I sent it on to my boss. We are having a devil of a

time finding an IV program better than what we have.

Thanks
