Guest guest
They didn't do anything for me, but I know someone with CFS who got well using them, too. However, I know of a woman with scleroderma whose skin lesions have softened, and cancer patient whose tumor disappeared while using these products. I just know it is another WAY too expensive supplement but only IMHO. The other Christie >>
Guest guest
The New Jersey FM/CFIDS center is doing a controled study on ambrotose -- it is still going on you can get it free. Are you someone who always wanted to try alternative remedies for the possible relief of your CFS symptoms? Now here's your opportunity... The NJ CFS Center is going to test two dietary supplements - Ambrotose and Sport - to see if they relieve CFS symptoms. These supplements contain complex sugars derived from Aloe Verde and from the Mexican Yam. Mannatech, the company that manufactures the supplements, has received reports from individuals who tried these products, that fatigue and pain lessened dramatically following use of the two supplements. Mannatech has chosen the NJ CFS Center to do formal testing on the usefulness of their products. We are going to be conducting a placebo controlled trial which means that participants may receive a sugar pill that has no therapeutic benefit or the actual dietary supplements. Having results from patients taking Ambrotose and Sport and additional results from patients taking placebo allows us to determine exactly what effect the food supplements have on the symptoms associated with CFS. The trial lasts 5 weeks and requires that patients come to our office at the Doctor's Office Center, in Newark, two times -- at the beginning and at the end of the trial. We will draw a tube of blood at each of the two visits and participants will fill out a set of questionnaires. The trial will be conducted at no cost to patients, however, we do not have funds to cover travel to our offices. If you are interested in participating or if you have additional questions, please leave us a message at (973) 676-7063. IF YOU GIVE THEM A CALL PLEASE POST YOUR FINDINGS ON THIS BOARD THANKS steve

Guest guest
I am a great fan of glyconutrients (Mannatech's Ambrotose) - lots of scientific papers showing how cells use "glycoproteins" and "glycolipids" (combination of monosaccharides and proteins and lipids respectively) to communicate with one another. I recommend it to most clients, especially those with low immunity. Read "Miracle Sugars" by Rita Elkins published by Woodland ISBN 1-58054-367-7 The downside of Mannatech: - MLM - very expensive, especially in the UK Once there was an alternative company in the USA, but they made the mistake of claiming to cure cancer and the FDA rushed in and you know what happened. Dr Wheeler (0disease.com - it's zero and not the letter O) markets MPS-Gold and he claims that it's superior to as well as cheaper than Ambrotose. It's of course American. We poor people in the UK are not so lucky. Keep well, Azizah cruzincallie191 wrote: DOES ANYONE HAVE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE MANNATECH PRODUCTS - PROS/CON THX No virus found in this incoming message.
