Guest guest
HI All, I am a new SCIO owner in San Diego. I will be attending the training in June. I have received the machine a week ago. Already the machine has frozen on me a few times. I try CLTR/ALT/DLT but it does not seem to work well. Any suggestions? And I was wondering if I add more memory to my computer will it prevent this from happening so often? However, if the drive is failing and you cannot essentially " drag and drop " , I recommend a data recovery program to recover your files such as getdataback.com Having a drive fail is a pain, but knowing of it beforehand at least allows you some time to take steps to protect your files. Guest guest
There are many program releases, many versions of windows (microsoft continuously update the program!) and many computers all with different specifications. It can be any of these OR the interaction OR the way the program is used. OR the user has not availaed themselves of the user manual and is inadvertantly doing too much or inapproptriately So in order that a user may get help the following is important 1 The first contact should be with the tech support of the supplier = broker. IT IS PART OF THE BROKER RESPONSIBILITY TO SELECT THE PROGRAM APPROPRIATELY AND TO SUPPORT YOUR CHOICE OF COMPUTER AND SPECIFICATION. 2 There is a troubleshooting manual, computer spec. recommendation, manuals etc down loadable as adobe pdf files form www.qxcisynergy.co.uk 3 If this does not resolve the issue then it is important to be precise and include the following information 1 Computer spec: windows version, Mb RAM, Mb Video graphics, Processor speed, screen resolution setting, All of ths is best documented when you are loaded but finding it is also explained on www.qxcisynergy.co.uk 2 The program date that you are running. This is the date of the Clasp new and update on the CD and is accessed via windows explorer. The date that QX place on the CD is not very useful. 3 The exact screen and operations that create the problem.
