Would you please assure the technicians that the message they are all receiving on their machines right now are uniform (we are all seeing it) and that Bill is finalizing his work as we speak for the January update. I'm getting a lot of panic calls and e-mails regarding this warning message.

The prompt to update the clasp code is simply calendar driven and automatic. To restate, here at QWC we continue to use clasp 8.8.2002, and while the glitches (mostly in biofeedback continue to annoy) this still remains to be the most stable on all our systems. We are presently testing Sept, 2003 with promising results and will distribute this software to our associates when we are comfortable it is stable in our environment. Barry at QWC
