If an individual has a steel plate in his head, one arm and one leg, is

there any problems that could occur with one being hooked up by harness?

Thanks,

Yes! Head plates in particular. They may have severe headaches due to the frequencies going in (the plate seems to amplify) Strobing (lights flashing) may occur and last for hours or days. Put the harness on the stomach instead (directly on the skin). I learned this the hard way from a war vet. Legs/arms (limbs) just put it so it is not directly in contact.

Yours in health,
