The ingredients: (ALL of my measurements are APPROXIMATE) 4 cups fresh coconut water (or filtered water) 18 -20 ice cubes 4-6 drops stevia liquid 1-2 teaspoons of vanilla extract WFN coconut cream concentrate (almost the entire jar) This makes about three glasses full. I would have suggested this as an afterthought, but I try not to think about fruits, as they are on my avoid list.
