Note that besides EMF protection devices, some people benefit from things like having their mercury dental filling removed, or changing your diet and supplementation to things which help. Some examples of standard foods which have helped me are: dates, avacados, bananas, oatcakes. Some nonstandard things which have helped me are sea-vegetables (kelp), chia seeds (these seem particularly powerful to me, and I can only tolerate a very small amount per day), powdered barley grass juice, probiotics (primal defense is a good one), antioxidants (mega-H is a good one). I'm much more tolerant of EMF than I used to be, but EMF protection devices are only part of the solution for me. (although I never heard of the Electroshield product that you were using before) Marc

Guest guest
> Have you done an EDTA challange to see specifically what's in you? No, I always had the fear that I was too toxic to be able to handle any sort of " challenge " . I had a hair mineral test once, which showed I was too high in mercury, arsenic, and uranium. However, the problem with hair tests is that it's not that important what's in your hair -- it's more important what's in your thyroid, your brain, your liver, etc. And no testing shows this (except autopsies!). In the years since, I've come to the conclusion that all such challenges are meangingless anyway. All they do is show whether or not your body is excreting metals. That really has nothing to do with how much metal is in your body, or where it is located. People can be loaded with metals yet not be able to excrete it until they have the right nutrition. And any accumulation of metals in one organ will have dramatically different symptoms and treatment than an accumulation of the same metal in some other organ. As for the things I've tried to eliminate heavy metals, I've gone through all sorts of things which are supposed to chelate metals (NDF, Seagreens, CLNZ, Microhydrin, cilantro, chlorella, etc.). However, I have found that using Springlife polarizers and/or Quantum Products cause the same sort of detoxification, plus have the benefit of improving tolerance for EMF. So I've mostly been using just these for detoxification, and supplementing for the additional nutritional requirements needed to handle the detox. Occasionally I experiment with adding an extra supplement for detox, but I usually quickly find that I'm overdoing it. They say that the folks who are REALLY toxic require about 5 years to return to normal, and I can tell that I'm definitely in this category. And I've been at this for about 3-4 years now. Guest guest
Careful what you wish for . I am interested to know the consistency and characteristics of the stones you mention? Feel free to chat off-list if it's a bit gross and personal. Thanks Lachlan Re: FW: emr protection? > > Have you done an EDTA challange to see specifically what's in you? > > No, I always had the fear that I was too toxic to be able to handle > any sort of " challenge " . And I've been at this > for about 3-4 years now. > > Marc It can unfortunately take a lifetime in my experience. It's like going through life with a hundred pound weight on your back. I think there is also an interplay with one or more pathogenic microorganisms that have become permanent residents of the host. Their numbers wax & wane as our wounded immune systems try to totally eliminate them in vain. This whole package, I think can also be called & is a variation of : chronic fatigue syndrome, gulf war syndrome, multiple chemical sensitivity, food allergies, encephelomyopathy, epstein barre viral infection, candida infection, & probably other variations. For instance, I've experienced problems with & been diagnosed in the past with: food & inhalant allergies, multiple chemical sensitivity, candida overgrowth, & chronic fatigue syndrome As I've fought to rid myself of this horrible affliction certain things have disappeared & others have taken prominence. For instance, this year is the 1st year of my life that I haven't had any allergies, no food, inhalent, or chemical allergies when they totally ran my life for a number of year. I would have to attribute this miraculous development to a program of colonic cleansings followed by liver flushes at 3 week intervals for about 6 months. My liver was chock full of stones which come out in large numbers on the 1st several flushes ,probably opening up passages in the liver that have been partially obstrocted for years. In addition I've finially gotten the right gut flora in my digestive tract after years of trying to rid myself of yeast. I've heard this whole situation explained as being like an onion, where when one layer is peeled away there is another one on top. It was always there but you could'nt recognize it because the previous layer muddied the water too much. Peel it away that layer and another takes prominence & on & on it goes & where or if it ever stops, nobody, at least not me, knows.. I suspect that I still have a chronic viral infection that is still a factor in the electrical sensitivity that seems to wax & wane in conjunction with the malaise & other symptoms that make me miserable periodically. I wish it were just like a heart attack or something where the cause & treatment was already known But unfortunately it's far from that. M.
