How to join qxci-discussion@...?

Does anyone have the detailed steps to join the qxci-discussion@... chat group?

I have spent hours trying to figure it out.

go to QXCI-discussio@... and type in "SUBSCRIBE" IN CAPS, AND YOU WILL GET A WELCOME MESSAGE. bARRY AT qwc

try sending an email to qxci-discussion@..., with "SUBSCRIBE" IN the subject box and look for a reply to confirm. Make sure it is from your email address. Barry at QWC

I was interested in being able to join the disucssion group, but was unable to find the place where one types in "SUBSCRIBE." I checked the site map, but didn't find anything there addressing discussion groups.

Please advise where to type in the necessary information.
