Guest guest
Hello - Lately, sometimes out of the blue my computer just completely turns off for no reason, while I have the qxci on. Then I turn it back on and it doesn't even go back to the program I was on, I have to go back into the clasp and start over.. anyone else experiencing this? know why this might be happening? Maybe I am just working through some thick energy over here? thanks! Maggie maggie@...

Guest guest
Make sure your not using a screen saver. Clasp doesn't like that. Dwight Computer shuting down for no reason? Guest guest
Hi Maggie, you may want to check the "standby" or "hybernate" settings on your computer- if it's by default set to go to 'standby" or "hybernate" after x amount of minutes it will disrupt clasp. it's best just to shut it off. Guest guest
hey there - yes, I think it goes to a screen saver automatically after a while.. maybe this could be the problem - I will watch that.. maybe I had the biofeedback programs running and left it a while - and then when the screen saver came on it would go dead.. so we'll see, I will see if that could be the problem.. but I guess you just can't leave it running to long to go to the screen saver then? If no screen saver, what else would you do? thanks!
