Received from Internet: click here for more information Dear Mr. Waltman Your question is an insightful one. It is no secret that Bill uses Fourier transforms in converting frequency patterns to mathematical fundamentals. Professor uses a type of calculus invented by an 18th century Frenchman named B. Fourier. Roughly speaking what Fourier developed was a mathematical way of converting any pattern no matter how complex into a language of simple waves. He also showed how these waveforms could be converted back into the original pattern. In other words, just as a television camera converts an image into electro magnetic frequencies and a television set converts those frequencies back into the original image, Fourier showed how a similar process could be achieved mathematically. The equations he developed to convert images into waveforms and back again are known as Fourier transforms. Other interesting and profound scientific studies, particularly to those of us in energetic medicine, have shown how brain cells in the visual cortex respond not to original visual patterns, but to Fourier translations of those patterns. An obvious conclusion would be that the brain is using Fourier mathematics, (the same mathematics employed in holography) to convert visual images into the Fourier language of waveforms. So you see Mr. Waltman, using this form of advanced mathematics, Bill can store and retrieve any frequency in its mathematical equivalent inside your QXCI/SCIO computer. Professor did not invent homeopathy nor did he invent EAV, nor did he achieve the breakthroughs in the 1930’s discovered by Royal R. Rife. Nor did he have to re-invent the discoveries of Dr. Abrahms in the 1920’s that all tissue (sarcodes) have their own unique (healthy and diseased ) electro magnetic characteristics. What continues to amaze me however is how Bill has also used this fundamental science to portray patterns of emotional stress! In my opinion the real genius of Professor (being among many things, an accomplished mathematician) was integrating all these fundamental scientific discoveries into a device that you can hold in your hands. I have written a paper on Energetic Medicine, reply if you are interested. Hope this Helps, Barry at QWC

Guest guest
, I am pleased to send it along. It is a year old and I plan to update it with some new ideas and therories in the near future.
