An alternate explanation is that smoking cigarettes causes you to have

more dopamine (a neurotransmitter) in your system. I have previously

noted that EMF exposure (and heavy metal chelation) gives me several

symptoms of dopamine deficiency (attention/concentration, balance,

lack of energy, always hungry, etc.) Have been thinking about trying

some dopamine precursors (e.g. Tyrosine) to see if that has any benefit.

" The edge effect " by braverman has good info on neurotransmitters and

There are definitely a few things tobacco does. The nicotine filling

acetylcholine receptors, which makes me think maybe more ac would be better to

take instead.

What I saw this morning before it got lost, had to do more specifically with

effects on cells, and I cannot remember either, before it crashed.

For dopamine there is dopa bean (cow itch)to raise levels too.

Man, I have had the worst day in a long time today folks, and I'm just at home,

but the pressure waves keep coming, I'm wondering if military is doing some kind

of something over in Idaho across from me, like a couple years back. People all

over town were thinking they had sinus infections, which came up negative. It

was from the sonar testing going on.

Anyway, it is similar and the magnetic fields make such pressure in my head. No

relief today, except sporadically, and the planes have been flying lower here

too in recent days.

When I'm highly radiated with emf I'm also craving for sweet, and it feels very

much like a physical necessity...

A Dutch writer recently has published a very interesting book on this topic

(Passies van het Brein by Margriet Sitskoorn). It was 3 days ago on the Belgian

radio...

In the interview with the author, she mentioned that behavioral problems like

anger, gluttony,... (the seven sins) are caused by deficiencies in the brain...

probably in the frontal area of the brain things aren't functioning a 100%...

As a short-term but unhealthy sollution she mentioned nicotine as well! Also

sugar... Of course there's more on it in the book, which I've ordered...

sorry you're feeling so tough. Can totally understand about the military and

the radar/sonar thing. No relief!

Puk rep[lies - The frightening thing is that Parkinsons disease is heavily

Hi Marc and Snoshoe,

Yes, I too notice my blood sugar tanks around emfs and I want SUGAR.  And I am

totally sugar-free, so that is bad!  I crave sugar when I am having emf

reactions and I also think it is not just blood sugar related (because raising

my bs with allowable carbs is never satisfying).  Sugar is satisfying, but then

it upsets my blood sugar balance over the next several days or weeks.  I think

sugar reacts as an opiod for me, which is why I crave it.  I have read that

opiods can modulate the calcium-dependent potassium channels (a channelopathy

connection which I have always felt bares some significance in EMS).

Sugarfree chocolate can satisfy the cravings also, tho, so I often do go that

route--cocoa, peanut butter, some sugar-free coconut or some potato flour or

flakes, and a few drops of stevia mixed together, is my remedy of choice.  ;)

(, are you taking notes?  I get a free box, if you market this!  lol)

Totally disagree about sugar.

It acts as an excitoxins on TPRV1 receptors, and probably on vanilloid receptors

too.

As for Dopamine and catecholamines in general, elevating these will create lots

of problems such as agitation, insomnia, physical kind of toxic anxiety,

etc....  and it will mess up with adrenals.  Dopamine is also connected with

TPRV receptors.  BTW, if suffering from MCS and allergies,  sensitivities will

increase if Dopamine and cats are increased.

Casein transforms as a casmorphin when ingesting it from which then acts as a

opiod.  If dairy prods can be tolerated, it is calming, but casmorphin can also

raise histamine level.

Go easy on sugars, these are really excitoxins ...

On the same topic of CRAVING FOR/OPIADS/DOPAMINES...

2 weeks ago I've been diagnosed with MILK ALLERGY. Since then I try to skip on

dairy. It doesn't work always because I had kind of a yoghurt-addiction!

Strange thing SINCE LAST WEEK, when I'm in Belgian cities I get symptoms

like migraine... it's like I feel the emf's a LOT more, in the past I didn't

have any of these problems/symptoms on the same places.

I recently discovered that if I DRINK MILK these symptoms go away immediately!

And on the day I've drunk/eaten dairy I don't have the symptoms of migraine in

the city...

I think the 2 most likely EXPLANATIONS:

1. I need milk to help with my ES (a bit like nicotine which was mentioned to

lower ES). Has it got something to do with calcium?

2. I don't need milk, the symptoms I have had the past week are because

I'm healing or detoxing

(you know the " healing story " : first it gets worse for a small period than it

gets better)

.

P.S.

Diane: you and many others seem on a roll today! I thought this is the moment

to launch this mystery!

: I've missed you too, glad you're back and cool you're checking me

out! Reading " the bitjes " are on my to-do-list for sure!

That is not so strange.

It all has to do with the immune system.

I have encounterd many electrosensitives who now suffer from different

allergies.

They did not have allargy and then became ES.

They first had ES and then the allergy came up.

Very common is th skin allergy, also sun allergy.

I know a person when he meets somebody who carries a mobile in his pocket,

he will get a complete allergic reaction over his whole body.

Liver cleansing according to the Hulda procedure can help here

enormously.

Sauna's are helpful also because of the detox effects.

Drinking distilled water for a month can also detox, but must be compensated

with good multivitamins.

Leaving bread apart is also an option. Use rice waffles instead.

Ionic foot spa is an excellent form of detoxing.
