I read all the good things that are to come of it so i thought i would give it a try. i am post menopausal and am in the process of ending my hrt (i have decreesed my dosage by half) i started the evco at the same time. i am feeling better than i have in a long time with the exception of swelling of my hands and feet by the end of the day. my stomach also seems to be swollen. i have gained a couple of pounds, i am thinking it is just water. my appetite has decreassed and my energy is through the roof (love it) the swelling has me worried, does anyone have any thoughts on the subject.
