I'm confused...

One of these posts read something like " no young woman

should be without it "

Is progesterone cream for things other than

menopause??

I'm 40, overweight, have autoimmune Hashimoto's,

battling depression forever, probably have candidiasis

as well...

Sounds like a major dietary change would be a good thing for you to try. I

would suggest eliminating ALL forms of sugar and sweeteners (even

artificial), dairy, wheat. Add tons of fresh organic raw fruits and veggies

to your diet, drink ½ your body’s weight, in ounces, of PURE water every

day.

does anyone know if progestrone cream has ever been connected to helping extreme

eczema before? if so,

does anyone happen to have an article that mentions that progestrone cream can

help skin?

I am just having such MAJOR issues w/ my skin right now and i dont feel it is

candida but believe it is more related to a) stress~

been dealing w/ very ill children (but we are slowly coming out of that pit:)

and

B) hormones

I am just coming through post partum period and had two babies quite close

together (17 months apart) and I am nursing both babies and 46 yrs old.

The reason I am thinking there is a hormone connection is that when I was about

2months pregnant my skin was radiant and then it went downhill. i am wondering

what hormone was so prevalent at that point in pregnacy? is it progestrone that

makes a pregnant lady glow?

warmly,,,,jill

(ps Hi Beth in Idaho! dont I know you from the AR list? :))

:

I don't believe that young woman really need Progesterone cream like us older

gals do UNLESS you're having symptons. Why not write to me offlist and let me

know your problems and we can sort it out.

:YES Progesterone cream is definetly for MORE thern just menopause . see if you

can find Dr Lees books , I can't remember all teh info I've read on it but

it is almost as interesting as VCO< LOL .. you put 1/4 to 1/2 tsp a day on for

21 days a month and tehn none for 7 days , I am past menopause , I put it on

everyday , helps weight problems and moodiness, puts you in hormonqal balance

which is a lot of the reason gals have PMS out of balance hormonally . Other

things as well I can't remember I only remember what applies to myself or my

daughters . Jo
