Not too many carry coconut milk so if it is WFN, they will make it

good. If not WFN... whoever* should take it back, no problem!

In the days when WFN was the supplier of Tropical Traditions, and

Annette had just started carrying her own line, I got some bad VCO.

She just sent me another jar out right away. There was no need for me

to send back the bad. I do think something is wrong with it if it

tastes like buttermilk. I ordered the bottled coconut milk the last

time which is the milk like it comes out of the coconuts. The boxed

coconut milk has been minimally processed. How? I don't know.

I did not want to mention my supplier by name until all this

has been straightened out. I would not want any bad publicity to

rub off on them.

I purchased 4 cases. All have the same expiration date and

batch number. I tried 2 containers in the same box. Both have the

same *off* flavor, and seem less creamy than the last batch I drank

to the last drop. I wrote to the supplier, but have not heard back

yet. So I wrote to this list to see if maybe the batch is not

spoiled but just tastes odd because maybe there is a great difference

between different batches.

see if the other boxes in the shipment are the same orIf it was just

the one box. any box or can can have a small hole in it .Im sure

Annette will make good if there is a problem.

Maybe they sent you 'lite' coconut milk by mistake? Do they make

their milk from dried copra or freshly grated?

previous batch, but the new containers look to me like the old ones.

The new containers say 12 grams of fat per 80 ml portion, so it is

not a lite coconut milk which has much lower fat content. The

ingredients say " coconut cream, water " . No indication of whether it

is made from copra or freshly grated.

This is interesting.

I just received my order last night for coconut cream. It is 250ml (8

fl oz). Says it is 5 servings and there are 12 g fat per serving. What

is interesting is, I just noticed that there is a sticker on the front

covering the name of the product! The sticker says coconut cream and

when I peeled it off, under the sticker read *coconut milk*! Your

saying the ingredients was a tip because this has the same

ingredients! So now I am wondering, did I get coconut milk instead of

the cream? I don't mind telling you the company. It's WFN. They are a

great Co and will fix any problems. Maybe they had labeled them wrong

and just made up the little stickers to fix it. But coconut cream

should not have water added. That is how you make coconut milk...by

adding water!
