I think I read somewhere that palm oil and palm butter are odorless, tasteless,

and contain similar medium chain fats as well as being less expensive than

the virgin CocoNut oil. You might consider the palm butter where the

coconut oil wouldn't be appropriate due to the coconut aroma. The butter is

supposed to have slightly more of the medium chain saturated fats than the

oil.

Does palm oil have lauric acid too? Just curious.
