Wow, you have a lot of research to do. You apparently have no clue why or how a

low carb lifestyle works and you seem to have such a closed mind that you never

will.

If you think the Atkins diet is dead, you truly are out of touch.

and hormones unless it is organic. The best diet includes mostly vegetables,

some fruit, a few grains, occasional meat/milk (if you must have), and zero

processed food.
