While in Toronto, I learned that there was an updated version of the bylaws

distributed to district directors. Shortly after conference, I had

requested a copy of those bylaws from my district director so that I might

share those with others on the web. For one reason or another, she has

been unable to produce a copy for my use to share with others.

I hereby make an open request to any other district director, officer or

committee coordinator to share a copy with me so that I might post and make

available to the membership the bylaws and policy manual.
