did you change your diet as well? how do you get use to the consistency of the

oil i would thinki would gag too much?

I've used VCO for oil-pulling and it works ok, but I find the

viscosity of sesame and sunflower oil worked the best for me. I had

good success with skin problems, allergies, it made my teeth whiter

and my mouth and tongue feel very clean and my gums very pink and

healthy. You need to do it faithfully for several months. it took

about 5-6 months before I really noticed anything significant.

When I added oil pulling, it was the only variable. My diet has

always been pretty healthful. The oil in my mouth doesn't bother me

even though I have quite a strong gag reflex. You're just swishing

it around and not gargling or swallowing it, so it's really not that

bad. After awhile the consistency becomes more watery as more and

more saliva accumulates, and then you spit it out at that point.

from reading the palm oil book and a few others safflower oil is actually pretty

bad for you? confussed? is it ok a slong as you don't swallow?

Maybe you can give A.D. the phone numbers of Manolo of Viviendo Canada. Also, i

really do not know the exact location of the Strawberry Festival but they will

be there tomorrow or this weekend and they will also be giving away some

" tokens " of vco soap to the buyers...

What is the best oil to use? I am reading all this bad stuff about safflower and

sunflower oils? but where IAmnot swallowing does it makeit a bit better for me?

IAm still getting it in my mouth. but told that coconut and palm would be hard

to use? is this true? I have such a high gag reflex esp durringthis pregnancy

that I may waitto try it till Iam healed from the pregnancy. but would olive oil

work?
