Dear All

When my sister was given some medicines for her

autoimmune disease, her teeth turned black! She went

to the dentist and nothing he could do to help her get

her teeth white.

Friends of mine had gum disease and routinely got

infections and swollen gums -- the following

concoction of mine helped them:

1/4 cup virgin coconut oil (you may add more for paste

not to be too dry)

3 Tablespoons sea salt

3 talbespoons baking soda

3 tablespoons cinnamon powder.

I made a paste out of above ingredients and put them

in the jar. No expiration date on this as it stayed

good for a long long time.

vco does that to me to. It does have a slight burning

feeling when

taking it neat, when i think about it. Acidity sounds

more feasible

than it being rancid. My jars are new and i don't

believe everyone

that gets a catch in their throat has rancid jars of

vco.

one of the benefits of coconut oil was that it was

stable and doesn't go rancid very easily.
