Hi, I was taking Coconut oil. I told my Dr and he told me to stop it

immediately. Said it was very bad for my health. I then called American Heart

Associaiton and they said the same thing. So I guess you could say.. I am quite

confused....

This is the standard level of information that we get about saturated fats.

It is wrong. It will not be the last time somebody tells you this. It will

also not be the last time they mislead you disastrously into a wrong path

based on obsolete or misguided information. You need to stand strong, read

the state-of-the-art literature on the subject from Bruce Fife and others,

and pay attention to your body.

I tried to eliminate VCO for a day and I learned my lesson very fast.

What would be the difference? He thinks consuming it is bad.

Doctors know very little about nutrition. that is not their

speciality. What is sad is that most people think they DO know about

nutrition and doctors don't correct this.

No, many people think coconut and palm oil (tropical oils) are bad

because they are saturated fats. I was drinking a smoothie at work

and someone asked what was in it. When I got to the coconut part,

their eyes opened up wide and they said, but thats so bad for you!

A serious, chronic immune system condition resurfaced; plus fatigue,

Just to let you guys know why it's taking time to

provide the prices. I am preparing the additional

products such as vco soaps with essential oils and

olive oil, scalp oil, hair creams, day, night and

moisturizing cream, lotions, lip balms, vco

mentholated rub, etc. All of these products have vco

as a main ingredient. I hope that you can give me

time to prepare.
