Since you are considering explantation surgery, you may find it helpful

to view these pages on Explantation Surgery and Mastopexy Repair, of

which, I am enclosing the links. Both are collections of advice that I

have kept over the past decade, or so, and both contain a lot of

valuable information from women who have had explantation surgery or

plan to have it---with or without mastopexy repair.

There are 'before and after' photos of explantation surgery [with and

without mastopexy repair] on both the explantation page [under the SBI

Photogallery] and on the other page entitled: " Mastopexy: Other

Options for Breast Reconstruction. " Mastopexy surgery, or a breast

lift, gives an excellent aesthetic result providing there is enough

tissue after the implants are removed to perform one. I highly

recommend mastopexy surgery after explantation surgery, if it is a

option.
