I sleep like a baby once I get up and have my cocoa if I am tossing and

turning. It really really helps. I drink NO caffeine what so ever. I don't

drink soda, mostly juice. My father has restless leg syndrome and I have

inherited it from him. I also has insomnia like I do. In fact, I have

inherited a great deal of my father's genes (good and bad). What a strong

little sperm he carried to my mother's egg. He also has diabetes which is

very prevalent in his family. I am hoping I skip that one. All of us

cousins are hoping we skip it too.

Is New Year's Day candle day? Is that official? I will be leaving tomorrow

a.m. for the farm and won't be back until Sunday.

I am feeling much better today and more together than the past couple of

days. I was really becoming unglued. Everytime dad sees his PCP, he brings

home a grim report which sets me off for a few days. My girlfriend and I

talked for hours on the phone tonight about the good ole days and laughed

until we cried. That did us both alot of good. Her father just got

diagnosed with inoperable stomach cancer. However, she has not talked to her

father in 5 years and does not plan to unless he calls her. He really hurt

her and she said she is afraid of setting herself up again. I told her to

wait until he calls then. If he does not, then she has her answer.

You are such a sweet woman. You bring so much to this group Rainy Sue.

There are so many of you I feel blessed to know on this group. You all have

big big hearts. I hope, when I am in my better frame of mind, that I bring

half as much to guys. Love you all.
