Guest guest
The CIA issued a tax funded advertisement for their drugs while the ghetto kids fill the jails providing free labor for state, county and city goverments not able to pay child support? ************* I remember in the early 70's when the CIA issued a report that said recreational use of cocaine was not a problem. Immediately thereafter, shops sprang up in Beverly Hills that sold 18k cocaine paraphenalia, the most popular item being a gold coke spoon with a diamond in the handle to be worn on a chain around your neck. Another popular item was a gold razor blade, also dangling from a chain to be worn as a necklace. Then there were the endless brown gram bottles with a gold coke spoon attached to a little chain. It was quite a shop, and all over Beverly Hills, you would see the very rich and chic sporting these accoutrements. And the mantra was, " The CIA said it was safe, so let's PARRRRRRTYYYYYY!
