What were you eating & drinking? Aspartame?

What time of the year was it? Getting an sun?

Getting any exercise?

Hi, Kathy,

I could not function. I had suicidal and

homicidal thoughts continually. I was

unable to sleep or have any desire to do

anything. All I was able to do was play

Solitaire throughout the day. It was a

joyless time and extremely difficult on

my family. My shrink even wanted to

admit me to a mental facility.
