Guest guest
Not only are patients not told up front about the side effects, contraindications and withdrawal symptoms, from my experiences with my Mother before her suicide was that she was lied to about them once I started reading about them in the PDR and reporting them back to her psychiatrists who are in denial. Rather than fear victims of SSRI whom we know are more likely to commit homicide and intentional destruction of property in their chemical mind controlling straight jacket states why don't we consider it an opportunity to gently and slowing start dropping short statements around them about our experiences with these drugs that might encourage them to be motivated to researching getting off of them? When my Mother was presented the facts about Depakote that even with the costly quarterly blood tests that Medicare/BC/BS/private assets were paying for that it could cause liver failure in 3 days, she wanted to get off if them. She told her doctors she wanted to get off of them. Their response was a long list of experimental concoctions that would make a healthy, young person sick failing to refer her outside the Madison County Mental Health Center for help except for providing me a list after months of objections to her care (including keeping her on a drug that can cause breast cancer after her cancer had been diagnosed 8 months after starting the drug). If we Americans were informed that other Americans were being held hostage in a prison in violation of their constitutional and civil rights we would riot, exhibit civil disobedience, and protest in disgust. Out-patient and in-patient psychiatric drug patients are in a biochemical prison (although many need drugs for medical problems-but why don't we protest for treatment that doesn't cause so many negative side effects that the doctors claim are worth the benefits?). Mother used to say " I'm in prison but I've committed no crime. " These people that we are working with that are on SSRI's are endangered to loosing their liberty in psychiatric institutions and/or correctional prisons. They need our help and understanding, not discriminated against in fear. The government, doctors nor the manufacturers are going to care about correcting this problem until there is public outcry against this atrocity committed against the people under the auspices of " helping " them. Only when it affects their mercenary bottom lines will they purport to care about their victims. It's us against them, let's face it. But we must be very, very careful not to tell anyone to get off their drugs because that is practicing medicine without a license and if they exhibit the worse withdrawal symptoms it can be blamed on the person that encouraged them to take no or less of the drugs and as proof that they need the drugs especially if hospitalization results where they will be heavily sedated and completely under the influence of the drug pushers. The multi-billion dollar advertising campaigns brain-washing the public about the benefits of these drugs so that the legalized drug pushers will have them asking for them during their prescription procuring counseling sessions is not an easy mindset to overcome as a single private citizen that is concerned about another human being well-being. The best approach I believe is just to be a good listening ear initially and ask them how they really feel on them and direct them to read on the internet and the PDR printout (not the risk management paper the pharmacist give you) from inside the box that to bottle comes in or copied off out of the Physician's Desk Reference. Mother's brain was so pickeled by the time I got the information to her that she could barely comprehend it and still trusted the psychiatrists that had turned her into a dysfunctional zombie whose personality was killed long before they drove her to kill her own body finally finding relief from the way they made her feel with three plastic bags over her head and panty hose around her neck. Months earlier when I'd finally gotten her to get him to get her off the Ser oquel that could have caused the breast cancer she thought he was so wonderful because he said " He wouldn't want to give her anything that wouldn't be good for her " when he never would have taken her off it if I hadn't been persistently insisting for months that he do what he should have done the minute she informed him her breast cancer had been diagnosed. When you see someone that you know is on psychiatrists' drugs, think of them as having fallen down into a very deep well and are so disoriented that they don't even know they've falled down into it. Hopefully they can hear you calling to them from the top of the well so you can help them climb out with knowledge and determination. If you want to fight this biochemical warfare that's being waged against Americans by our own mercenary government, be ready to throw them a rope and know that the climb out is a heavy and hard one. If I had known about this group while Mother was living she might be alive now. Those of you whose consciousness has been raised to be able to see and admit to yourselves the truth of pre-medicated genocide that is being committed against the American people will have to face not being understood and ostracisized and perhaps being considered mentally ill yourselves and needing to be involuntarily injected with psychotropic drugs as I have been. You will have to decide for yourselves what your commitment is to helping SSRI victims or if you will primarily be concerned with protecting yourselves from their obviously potential threat to public safety in schools, the workplace, and everywhere that you go. Once the stigma of " mentally ill " has been labled on your family when the symptoms of the SSRI's are percieved by the public as being a problem with your family and not a problem with the drugs that caused them because it is " heriditary " you are guilty by association without a call to your attorney or a jury. When you walk in a room and the discriminatory perception that you are mentally ill because that smear has been used against you to discredit your whistleblowing you will really need a place like this not to be brainwashed by the palpable perception that you must be mentally ill because other members of your family are SSRI victims. As Mother used to say: " Those psychiatrists will use any normal behavior as an excuse to call you mentally ill if they want to have you as their patient for your insurance " . When there are no objective tests and only subject observations that are used to determine the need for psychiatrists' drugs, anyone can be under their influence with no way to evaluate the effectiveness of the " treatment " . When the prescribing doctor is in denial that the drugs they are prescribing can cause the behavior they are witnessing and percieved by them as the " progress of the disease " failing to admit to themselves that their " treatment " is a failure and should be discontinued, who is going to help SSRI victims if it's not like people on this group who have seen and are in the light at the top of the deep, dark well? There will be many parents trying to get their children off SSRI's after hearing of the news of the FDA hearings that their children are endangered to suicide by them. Now is an excellent time to have individual influence or perhaps write the editors of your local newpapers about these live & death issues. Don't wait until we have to read about another iatrogenic homocide or suicide. IF there is any newspaper article that you read that sounds like it could be SSRI induced call or write the reporter and educate them about what you know and how you came to your understanding. You may be able to be included in a future story on the subject saving lives in your citizens' Public Safety efforts. Hence is the problem, we're not told up front about the potential problems. Charlie creativesources@... wrote: " bowriver " Fair enough. But is an employer supposed to make an announcement " that this particular employee is on an SSRI, so beware? " Can't you almost hear the fear. Can't you almost hear people saying that NOT everyone on SSRI's have homicidal tendencies? I realize these are mind-altering drugs, etc. etc. But think about alot of prescriptions people take that make them foggy. Where do you draw the line with this .. in an employment environment?
